I am a special interest group

Many hands make light work ……………?

Well we can’t promise ‘light work’, but whatever the age profile and life experience of your group, we can definitely make it possible for you to experience meaningful and enriching team work in your partner community, sharing your interests and talents to help lighten the load of their daily grind.

Who are special interest groups?

That really depends upon what your interests are (and who you share them with)!  We have established flourishing partnerships for myriad groups across the full age spectrum, including (though by no means exhaustively) Scout groups, Church groups, U3A (University of the 3rd Age) groups, Rotarians, and the Women’s Institute.

Why not get in touch to discuss how your group could get involved?

We will help you analyse your needs, carefully matching your group with one of our vibrant and welcoming partner communities, and working with you to forge new relationships with your African counterparts.    Our bespoke and fully escorted Partnership Impact Visits - developed especially for groups like yours - typically include in-country orientation activities and post-placement relaxation, for example witnessing the awe and wonder of Africa and it’s iconic wildlife by participating in a safari.

You cannot imagine the way it will change your life. There were so many positive experiences that we took home with us. We cannot wait to go back and share new experiences with new people. Thank you Africa’s Gift for taking us to see the smiles on the children’s faces!
